Enquiry records and attachments are stored using the website’s hosting and storage services. Email delivery services help route enquiries and confirmations. These providers process information required to operate those services; the enquiry is intended for Kaifil’s review.

Videos and external links

YouTube content is loaded when you choose to play an embedded video. YouTube then receives connection information and applies its own privacy practices. Social links take you to external websites with their own policies.

Access, correction and questions

Contact sales@kaifil.com if you need to correct enquiry information, ask about its use or request deletion. Include enough detail to identify the enquiry. We may need to retain information required for an active order, legitimate record keeping or applicable obligations; no single retention period applies to every enquiry.

Drawings and sensitive information

Send files you are authorised to share. Agree confidentiality requirements before uploading particularly sensitive project information. Do not include unrelated personal data in drawings or attachments.
