How Kaifil Mesh Products Co., Ltd. uses information submitted through this website to respond to enquiries and review filtration component requirements.
Information you provide
An enquiry may include your name, email, company, country, WhatsApp number, product interest, material, quantity and technical requirements. Drawings, photographs and other uploaded files may also contain information about your project.
How we use enquiry information
We use these details to respond, clarify technical requirements, prepare quotations and communicate about the requested supply. Provide only the personal and project information needed for this purpose.
Storage and service providers
Enquiry records and attachments are stored using the website’s hosting and storage services. Email delivery services help route enquiries and confirmations. These providers process information required to operate those services; the enquiry is intended for Kaifil’s review.
Videos and external links
YouTube content is loaded when you choose to play an embedded video. YouTube then receives connection information and applies its own privacy practices. Social links take you to external websites with their own policies.
Website measurement and enquiry attribution
Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand aggregate website traffic and performance. Requests to Cloudflare infrastructure can include technical connection data. This measurement is separate from information you enter in an enquiry. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, this site uses sessionStorage in the current browser tab for an entry-page path, an external referring hostname and UTM campaign fields. These records expire after 24 hours and are removed when the tab session ends. Our own measurement endpoint records form start, submission, success or error, and WhatsApp-link clicks, with page path, language and campaign metadata. It does not record entered contact details, message contents, attachments or IP addresses in these event records. Events are retained for 90 days and are presented to site administrators as aggregate statistics. Our attribution storage and events are disabled when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Enquiry information submitted intentionally is handled separately as described above.
For abuse prevention, our measurement service derives short-lived rate-limit keys from a trusted connection IP address using a daily-changing hash input; raw IP addresses are not stored in these keys. Measurement limit keys are retained for up to 24 hours. Enquiry protection also uses daily-hashed IP keys, cleaned up within seven days. These security controls are separate from the aggregate measurement records described above.
Access, correction and questions
Contact sales@kaifil.com if you need to correct enquiry information, ask about its use or request deletion. Include enough detail to identify the enquiry. We may need to retain information required for an active order, legitimate record keeping or applicable obligations; no single retention period applies to every enquiry.
Drawings and sensitive information
Send files you are authorised to share. Agree confidentiality requirements before uploading particularly sensitive project information. Do not include unrelated personal data in drawings or attachments.
