From wire and mesh to a finished component
Kaifil's workshop operations include wire preparation and weaving as well as conversion of mesh and sheet. Cut blanks become flat screens, formed cups, rolled sleeves and assemblies with support rings or end fittings.
Welds and tooling follow the part geometry
Spot welding retains layers and attachments; seam and TIG welding join cylindrical bodies, frames and end components. Forming presses and tools shape rims, caps and support blanks. New proprietary shapes can require a die or fixture, while repeat parts use the approved construction.
Specialist media and production scope
Sintered, wedge-wire and other specialist media are specified as part of the component's manufacturing route. For projects requiring a supplier audit or a particular production site, request the process route and media origin with the quotation. Product availability alone does not define where every upstream process takes place.

Manufacturing questions
Do you weave mesh as well as fabricate parts?
Yes. Kaifil's manufacturing scope includes wire preparation and weaving, together with cutting, forming and welding of filtration components.
When is tooling needed?
Pressed shapes, formed rims and repeat welded assemblies may require dies or holding fixtures. A drawing review establishes whether existing tooling fits the part or a new tool is needed.
Can I review the production route before ordering?
Yes. Request a factory visit or video review for the relevant part family. Include any requirement for production-site disclosure, material origin or witnessed operations in the enquiry.
