Filter bags
Woven stainless-steel mesh bags and PP nonwoven bags are documented supply options. Select the bag size, collar, seam, medium and tested filtration grade for the housing. A perforated basket supports the bag; its holes do not define the bag's rating.

Support baskets
A perforated metal basket holds the bag open against flow and differential pressure. Confirm its outer diameter, length, seating lip and handle against the housing. The basket perforations are support openings, not the bag’s filtration rating.

O-rings & gaskets
We supply flat gaskets and O-ring seals matched to filter end faces, grooves and removable holders. Choose PTFE, EPDM, NBR, FKM or silicone, with the profile, dimensions and compound selected for the mating seat and process fluid.

Filter O-Ring Seals
KAIFIL supplies O-ring seals for metal filter end connections, cover grooves and removable filter assemblies. NBR, EPDM, FKM and silicone compounds are available in metric and AS568 size series, with compound, hardness and section selected for the sealing groove.

Flanges & end caps
Metal flange, end-cap, ferrule and retaining-ring interfaces can be made or matched to a drawing with the filter body. Specify the mating standard, face, bore, bolt circle where applicable, weld land and installation clearance.

Screws, bolts & nuts
Screws, bolts, nuts, washers, handles, frames and support cores can be coordinated with a complete assembly or replacement order. Identify the thread, material grade, length, locking method, wetted exposure and quantity; do not assume a generic fastener fits an existing housing.

Support and locating rings
Metal support rings reinforce basket mouths, screen cylinders and support-core ends. Machined locating rings position filter inserts through controlled bores, pilots and seating faces. Both are supplied as separate parts or matched to the filter assembly.

Stainless Steel Filter Support Rings
KAIFIL manufactures stainless steel support rings for filter baskets, screen cylinders and filter end structures. Flat annular rings, formed collars and welded bands reinforce the component, support its seating edge and connect the filter body to the surrounding assembly.
Filter Locating Rings
KAIFIL manufactures machined stainless steel locating rings for metal filter inserts, holders and end assemblies. Plain, stepped and flanged profiles establish the radial position, seating height and repeatable fit of the filter within its mating component.
