Using it for an RFQ
Complete the fields that apply to your part and attach the controlled drawing. State any required filtration rating with the test or measurement basis. Unfilled fields should be discussed before order confirmation.
Design review
Use the worksheet to distinguish confirmed requirements from assumptions. Record the controlling drawing and revision, installation seat, flow direction, media and support, all wetted materials, seals, process conditions, inspection scope and delivery quantity. A blank field is a question to resolve before production, not an invitation to copy a generic specification.
Inspection and acceptance
The CSV is a starting form, not a certified drawing or test record. Attach an approved drawing or measured sample and agree which dimensions and documents are acceptance criteria. If filtration efficiency, pressure capability or regulatory compliance is required, state the applicable method and limit explicitly.
