Packing basis
Rolls and fabricated components are packed according to part geometry, quantity and the agreed transport method. Sensitive cut edges or finished sealing surfaces need protection from contact during handling.
Dispatch checks
Before shipment, the packing list, item labels, quantities and any agreed photographs or inspection records are checked against the purchase order. Documentation requirements should be confirmed before production and packing.

State the destination, preferred packaging, maximum crate or pallet dimensions, part marking and documents required by your receiving team. These details affect packing design and quotation.
Design review
Packing is part of preserving the finished filter specification. Rolls need protection from crushing and moisture; cut discs and fabricated parts need edges and sealing faces isolated from handling damage. Agree the unit pack, outer crate or pallet, item identification and maximum handling size for the destination before dispatch.
Inspection and acceptance
A loading photograph documents that a shipment was prepared, not the condition after transport. Match carton labels, quantities and packing list to the order, and agree what photographs or inspection records should accompany it. If the buyer will store parts before use, specify storage orientation and protective packaging requirements.
