Geometry and loading
Specify the target cut size, solids concentration, panel span and flow direction. Slot width alone does not determine capacity: the profile, open area, support spacing and wear allowance influence service life.
Construction choice
Flat panels, framed panels and screen cylinders suit different machines and mounting systems. Material selection follows abrasion, corrosion and cleaning exposure rather than a standard grade alone.

Send the existing screen drawing or sample, slot width, panel or cylinder size, frame details, support positions, operating load, quantity and replacement interval. Photograph wear patterns if quoting a failed screen.
